What is Baptist Collegiate Ministries?
Baptist Collegiate Ministries (BCM) is
a cooperative ministry of local Southern Baptist churches, the Bradley
County Baptist Association and the Tennessee Baptist State Convention. BCM
exists to assist churches in reaching college students for Christ and
helping them to grow in faith and practice through Bible study, church
involvement, missions, evangelism and ministry. BCM seeks to develop
students’ leadership skills and lead them in celebrating the kingdom of
God.
We
welcome you to join our “Family of Friends” in the following activities:
A word from our Students
“The BSU to me is a place to go relax and get away from
the hassles of school and life. The people at the BSU are encouraging and
it is a great place to experience the everlasting, abundant love of
Christ!”
- Justin White
“I know many things in this life you can’t count on, but
I know you can always count on Jesus Christ for any need. At the BSU there
are many people who would love to talk with you about or invite you to
meet this friend I call Savior.”
- Jeanine Jamerson
“To me, the BSU
is like a big family. The love of Christ shines through all of the people
there. The mission trips open your eyes to the ways that Christ can use
you. It is a very loving and encouraging place to be.”
- Alix Brock
